how to know God




	Faith in Jesus is SIMPLE…

S	in is a struggle for every person. We all make mistakes. “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” Romans 3:23
I	can’t stop myself from making mistakes. In fact, God says we deserve to be punished for our sins. “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Jesus Christ our Lord.” Romans 6:23
M	an can’t earn salvation. “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith, and this not from yourselves, it is the Gift of God, not by works so that no one can boast.” Ephesians 2:8-9
P	Salvation is Possible for every person only through Jesus. “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.” John 14:6
L	ove is God’s gift to us. “God demonstrated His own love for us, in this, while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8
E	ternal life is for all who believe. “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.” John 3:16


	Take that step of FAITH...

F	orgiveness is available, if we confess. “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.” I John 1:9
A	dmit that you have sinned and repent by turning your life toward God. “The time has now come,” Jesus said, “The kingdom of God is near. Repent and believe the good news.” Mark 1:15.
I	nvite Jesus to come into your heart. “Yet to all who will receive him, to those who believe in His name, he gave the right to become the children of God.” John 1:12
T	ell Him that you believe and want Him to be Savior and Lord of your life. “Believe in the Lord Jesus and you will be saved.” Acts 16:31
H	ave faith that He will save you. “If you confess with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.” Roman 10:9

If you would like to trust Christ right now and spend eternity with God in heaven, pray this simple prayer.

Dear Lord Jesus,

I know that I am a sinner and need Your forgiveness. I believe that You died for my sins. I want to turn from my sins. I am now trusting Jesus as my only way to heaven and ask him to take control of my life. I want to trust you as Lord and Savior. Amen.
